Hard time sticking to Exercise?

Make movement fun! Ten ways to do that:

1. Dance

2. Walk the dog or ride your horse in a place that brings joy to your heart

3. Swim

4. Listen to music while running or walking on the treadmill or hiking a trail

5. Ski -cross country or down a tricky slope at dawn

6. Ride your mountain or street bike on a bumpy adventurous trail or the board walk at the beach

7. Kayak or paddle board

8. Lift weights

9. Roller blade/skate or ice skate

10. Ride your elliptical to a foreign land (I-fit offers this)- I can now say I have hiked Mount Everest, something I would never do in real life but always been curious about!

Lastly, STRETCH – warm up and cool down before and after any exercise- a surefire way to prevent injury.

The Point is find what suits you and vary it – make it fun and I guarantee you will stick with it. I have personally partaken in all of the above and loved them all!

Anything you dread doing won’t last – make it last, your body and mind will thank you for it!
