EAT TO STAY ON TRACK

Don’t skip breakfast “break the fast” is important as you have been fasting for 10 to 12 hours during evening and sleep, (well that is what you should do as eating late just stores extra calories and you gain extra fat) so the only way to restart your metabolism is to break the fast and eat!

When you skip breakfast your metabolism remains at a slow pace and you will store more than you burn.

If you exercise early, just eat 3″ of a banana prior to – you will have more energy, feel better during your workout and speed up the metabolism – and in turn burn more fat calories!
