RAW OATMEAL RECIPE

Enjoy a power “raw” breakfast on a cold morning before a run or cardio workout!

RAW OATMEAL

1/3 cup steel cut organic oats

1 cup water

¼ tsp. cinnamon

¼ tsp. raw vanilla powder

2Tbsp. go raw granola

¼ cup berries or strawberries or both

Put oats in water over night

In the morning take the soaked mixture – drain any excess water but leave a little – and blend on low for 20 to 30 seconds.

Pour in bowl; add fruit topping and additional cinnamon

Enjoy!
